CapacityPlus has released new versions of its iHRIS Manage and iHRIS Qualify software.

• iHRIS Manage is designed for managing the health workforce—a Ministry of Health, district health office, or health care facility can use it to manage and analyze information about employed health workers and applicants.

• iHRIS Qualify helps with tracking health workers’ training, licensure, and certification information—a nursing council, for example, can use it to track and analyze data on all nurses in the country.

CapacityPlus’s Dykki Settle participated in a side session on “Building an eHealth workforce” at the Second Global Forum on Human Resources for Health in Bangkok, Thailand. The session focused on developing and supporting an eHealth workforce to implement eHealth technologies, including human resources information systems, in countries around the world. Read more »
