Amobi Andrew Onovo has six years of experience in development. He has worked with primary health care facilities in rural communities and conducted capacity-building programs for state and local government stakeholders and civil society organizations while working with the World Health Organization, Pro-Health International, Management Strategies for Africa, and the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria. He has published several abstracts and manuscripts that contribute to promoting HIV/AIDS management and health systems strengthening and has excellent analytic skills and ability to use STATA 12.0, Epi-data 3.0, SPSS 20.0, Microsoft Excel, and Access to analyze and synthesize information. He holds a bachelor’s of technology biochemistry degree from the Federal University of Technology Yola, Adamawa and is currently awaiting his MPH in epidemiology from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management in Nigeria.
