CapacityPlus intern Ariana Katz interviewed Bruce during a trip to Ghana, where she conducted interviews to assess the impact of CapacityPlus’s preservice education work. CapacityPlus is strengthening school management at Garden City University College’s School of Nursing by focusing on five priority areas: accounting, marketing, eLearning utilization, faculty exchanges, and implementing CapacityPlus’s Dean’s Dashboard software.
