CapacityPlus’s Dykki Settle interviewed Jane while in Uganda to support the launch of the national health information system. Dykki leads CapacityPlus’s work to develop and support the iHRIS software, which provides information for countries to track and manage their health workforce. CapacityPlus is assisting IntraHealth International's Uganda Capacity Program to improve the quality and use of health workforce data.
