Wanda Jaskiewicz interviewed Dr. Chanthapadith during a recent trip to Lao PDR. During her visit, Wanda worked with the Ministry of Health and the WHO to plan for field-testing a productivity diagnostic and improvement toolkit. The toolkit is a comprehensive reference guide for ministries of health and faith-based organizations to measure and identify productivity challenges, understand the causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
