CapacityPlus’s Dykki Settle interviewed Edith while he was in Uganda to support the official launch of the country’s national health information system. Dykki leads CapacityPlus’s work to develop and support the iHRIS software. Edith mentions wanting to improve the functioning of her facility in terms of emergency care; CapacityPlus is developing a productivity diagnostic and improvement toolkit for countries that want to address this issue.
