Findings of a rapid bottlenecks assessment of midwifery, nursing, and health technology schools in Nigeria informed <a href="http://www.capacityplus.org/">Capacity<em>Plus</em></a>’s work with federal- and state-level stakeholders to develop a plan to increase the production of certified graduates. This included providing educational resources, training tutors in up-to-date clinical guidelines and computer assisted pedagogy, and supporting students at risk of dropping out through scholarships.
