Description
Counseling can provide student-parents with parenting advice, health information, and more. The Programme for Adolescent Mothers established seven centers and six outreach stations in Jamaica. The centers provide comprehensive counselling for individuals and groups to build self-respect, explore emotional problems, increase understanding of sexual and reproductive health and encourage family planning. Parenting programmesand special counseling and also provided for teen fathers, as well as parents of teen mothers and teen fathers.
