CapacityPlus Announces New Versions of Health Worker Information Systems Software
CapacityPlus announces the release of iHRIS Manage and iHRIS Qualify 4.0.15. Part of the iHRIS Suite of software, iHRIS Manage maintains health worker deployment, performance, and attrition information while iHRIS Qualify tracks training, certification, and licensure.
A strong human resources information system (HRIS) helps health sector leaders quickly answer the key policy questions affecting service delivery. CapacityPlus’s iHRIS Suite of software is Open Source, which means that local developers can modify the code to suit their needs. The software can be downloaded for free and customized for local needs.
These new versions include several features and enhancements to make implementation and administration of iHRIS easier, including a simpler method for producing standardized forms based on OpenOffice documents and faster report generation.
Full language options in 4.0.15 include Dutch, Estonian, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Swahili, and Tagalog.
