The HRIS Strengthening Implementation Toolkit provides a complete package of HRIS procedures and tools to HRH stakeholders, HR information system managers, and software developers to facilitate applying the HRIS strengthening processes and iHRIS software. The Toolkit is organized into five sections, corresponding to the key steps in the HRIS Strengthening process. Each section contains several briefs, tools, case studies, and other resources designed to walk the implementer through the five-step HRIS strengthening process.

The Toolkit was originally developed by the Capacity Project. The follow-on, CapacityPlus is continuting to support and extend the Toolkit.
