Records Management Module
- Add a new record to the system with the person's name, nationality and geographical area of residence
- Enter multiple identifications such as a driver's license number or passport number
- Generate and archive standardized documents such as a License Certificate or Employment/Hire Letter
- Record marital status, date of birth, district of birth and gender
- Scan, upload, and display a resume or photo
- Record academic history before entering pre-service training
- Record up to three contacts or addresses
- Record next of kin information
- Record notes as needed
- Update any of this information, and maintain a history of updates
Pre-Service Training Module
- Create training institution records, including pre-service training programs offered and inspection results

Debian Packaging
Version 4.0.12 marked a significant step forward with the introduction of a new Debian packaging system, which eases the software installation and upgrade process. Now most of the installation process is automated, and administrators are simply asked to enter the system password. Administrators are also notified when iHRIS updates are available.
