Shannon Turlingtion's role on the HRIS team is the iHRIS software development manager. She works with the development team to prioritize features for development and plan software upgrade releases. She also writes the use cases and blueprints to help plan development, and she writes the software user's manuals. In addition, she manages dissemination efforts, including the HRIS strengthening website, wiki, knowledge base, software mailing lists and blog.
