As the HRIS research specialist, Julie Spero is focused on the data side of our HRIS work, including research and analysis. She makes sure that the results of our work are disseminated to a wider audience, including through peer-reviewed publications. She assists with other dissemination efforts, such as the HRIS Strengthening Implementation Toolkit. She also provides support for our work in Botswana, Rwanda, Uganda, and Tanzania.
