Carol Bales is the HRIS Usability Specialist. She also supports the core HRIS work, including operations, budgeting, planning HRIS/DDDM workshops, and documenting the work of the HRIS team. In addition, she supports production of the core deliverables, including the HRIS Strengthening Implementation Toolkit and building a community to support our software.
