CapacityPlus HRIS Improves Country Communications 18 June 2010

The CapacityPlus HRIS team realized the need to improve communications with the countries in which we work and the teams associated with them. Meeting mintues, travel, project changes and news needed to be shared with more than the Chapel Hill office team. How to share with field staff? Stakeholders? Other interested parties? We created listservs. The listserv memberships are easily modified as people ask to be made a part of the group or removed from them as their roles and interests change. As of today, we have listservs set up for the following countries and regions: Pakistan, WAHO, Kenya, Uganda, India, Namibia, Zanzibar (mainland), Zanzibar, Central America, and Botswana. For the listserv address, simpy see the list on our wiki site.  Please contact Brooke Buchanan if you are interested in being added or removed from any of these listservs or if you see a need for an additional listserv to be created for the HRIS team to be in better communication with your country team.
